Description

Barn Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has an old plain tile roof. The building is two stories high and has three bays, with an additional left bay added in the mid-18th century. The front features a top-lit window to the left of the center bay, and there is a three-light casement window in each bay on both floors. The left bay is slightly set back and has an ornate rubbed brick arch with a moulded brick cornice above the window. There is an external stepped stack at the left end and another stack to the right of the center.
