Barn. C18. Timber-frame weatherboarded on brick plinth, slate roof. 10 bay barn with projecting hipped midstray porches in 3rd bay in from each end, lean-to to front between porches and temporary C20 lean-tos along rear. Double doors to porches and opposite. Stable doors and windows to lean-to of same construction. Roof half-hipped. Inside low-pitched queen-post roof with curved braces to tiebeams, straight windbraces and diagonal studding in walls. One end has cellar below as ground falls away. In a C18 farm group. Included for group value.
