Description

Meadowside is a late 18th-century cottage situated at right angles to the roadway. It is constructed of painted brick walls with a thatched roof. The front (south) elevation has one storey and an attic, displaying two windows above four. The roof is hipped at the west end and half-hipped at the east, featuring eyebrow dormers. Two cambered openings are present; the east gable wall is predominantly flint, incorporating brick quoins, horizontal bands, and an upper gable. Casement windows are visible. A 20th-century door has replaced the original, which has now been converted into a window.
