Description

Wiremead is a late 18th-century cottage located in Amport, Cholderton. It is constructed of brick and flint, with a thatched roof. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, and has three windows on the upper floor and four below. The roof is hipped at the south end and half-hipped at the north end, with eyebrow dormers. It features casement windows and a plain doorway. Wiremead is linked to Guyatt Cottage by a flat-roofed recessed unit which serves as a kitchen.
