Description

Guyatt Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 18th century, with some restoration work carried out in the 20th century. The building is rendered and has a thatched roof. It is one storey high with an attic and features two rows of three windows. The roof is hipped and has been extended southwards above a former outshot, which is now an open verandah. The cottage has eyebrow dormers and plain walls, with some sections of painted brickwork and a plinth. There is a 20th-century recessed entrance on the north side, casement windows, and a boarded door. The cottage is linked to Wiremead by a flat-roofed recessed unit.
