Description
Mulberry is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of stuccoed brick and features an old plain tiled roof. The building has an L-shaped layout, comprising a front with five bays and a five-bay wing at the rear, along with a rest of the rear that has an outshot. The house is two storeys high with an attic.
The front of the house includes an early 19th-century porch that has a square plan, complete with an entablature and a cornice supporting a flat roof. The entrance features a two-panel door, flanked by four 12-pane sash windows. On the first floor, there are five smaller 12-pane sash windows. The roof is hipped, with a chimney stack located on the ridge of the left wing and dormer windows on the roof face.
