Description

No. 92 and the Post Office is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of Andover High Street. It stands two storeys high and features three upper openings, of which two are blank, and two lower openings, with one being blank. Notably, there is a curved corner window. The building has a low-pitched slate roof and stucco walling, with eaves fillet that merges with keystones to plain architraves, above a first-floor band. The upper windows are Victorian sashes, while the curved window has a casement. On the ground floor, there are two Victorian shopfronts, each adorned with a cornice, frieze, and end pilasters, with the south side being curved at the corner, which includes a passage through a Norman doorway.
