Description

No. 1 Marlborough Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features two windows. The roof is made of slate, and the walls are constructed from red brick in Flemish bond, with a blue brick band on the first floor. The building has rubbed flat arches and a plinth. The windows are sashes set in reveals, and there are four-flush-panelled doors in a plain opening, although the pediment load is now missing. This property is attached to No. 2 Chanty Street.
