Description

Church Farm Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of brick and tile. It features a symmetrical front on the northeast side, with two storeys and three windows. The cottage has brick dentil eaves and walls built in Flemish bond with blue headers. The ground floor windows have cambered arches that are rubbed to the ground floor with a flat extrados, and the windows are fitted with leaded casements. An early 19th-century open porch, supported by two simple columns, leads to a six-flush panelled door. The end walls of the cottage include flint panels, with the east side partially obscured by a late 19th-century single-storey extension that has a slate roof.
