Description
Netherton Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 19th century, constructed of brick and tile. It features a regular front facing south, with two storeys and five windows. The hipped roof has brick dentil eaves. The walls are built in Flemish bond with blue headers and red quoins, and there are rubbed cambered arches with keys and flat extrados above the windows, along with a plinth. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames, with triple lights in the outer and centre windows. A Tuscan porch is located at the second bay, which has a wide cornice, smooth columns, an oval fanlight, and a six-panelled door.
