Description

Victoria Place comprises a former terrace of three houses, now reduced to two, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with rubbed flat arches over the windows and stone sills. The north-east front is regular, displaying two storeys and four windows. Most windows are sashes, although one window is a Victorian replacement, originally a shop window. The doorways are plain; No. 1 features a canopy supported by brackets, with a smaller projection above the windows on either side, mirroring the canopy’s design.
