Description

The Old Well is a former pair of cottages that has been converted into a single dwelling. It dates from the late 18th century and features a construction of flint and thatch. The building has one storey and an attic, with a total of three windows above four. It has a half-hipped roof and eyebrow dormers. The flint walls are complemented by brick quoins, verticals, bands, cambered arches, and a plinth, which suggest different phases of construction. The windows are casements, and there are two plain doorways that have boarded doors.
