Description

Windyridge is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick with a thatched roof and features a weather-boarded store. The building is 1½ storeys high and has two bays, with a lean-to on the left side. A central gabled timber porch is flanked by two-light casement windows. There is a raised brick band, and above, two-light casements are set in eyebrow dormers. The roof is half-hipped, with a ridge stack located just to the right of the center. Additionally, there is a stable door in the outshot and a sloping brick buttress on the right side.
