4/7 Ivy Cottage GV II

Small house. Mid C18 and C20. Brick with blue headers for details, old plain tile roof. 2 storey, 3 bay symmetrical with low additions to rear at right and 1½ storey bay added to left. Central C20 flat roofed brick porch containing C18 6-flush-panel top-lit door. Each side C20 replacement 3- light casements under segmental gauged brick arches. 1st floor string course with blue header course. Central recessed blue header panel and each side C19 wide 6-pane sash with timber lintel breaking dentilled cornice. End stacks. 3-light casement in left addition with tall slate roof.
