Description

This is a small house dating to the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick, which has been rendered and features incised lines to resemble stonework, with a brick plinth and a slate roof. The house presents as a two-storey, three-by-two bay building when viewed from the roadside. The end facing the road has a shop front to the left, featuring a six-panel flush door with a six-pane window above a timber lintel, and a three-light casement window above. The garden front has a central four-panel, half-glazed door recessed within a panelled surround, with a small 19th-century sash window above. Four sixteen-pane sashes are also visible on the garden front. The roof is low-pitched and hipped, with wide, flat eaves and chimney stacks at the roof's peaks.
