It is constructed of brick with a plain tile roof and is positioned end onto the road. The structure is two stories high and consists of three bays. The south front includes a 20th-century half-glazed lean-to porch at the far end of the road-facing bay. Inside, there is a plank door with an inserted light in a solid segmental head casement. Near the road end and in the center, there is a three-light segmental head casement, while the far bay contains a two-light casement. On the first floor, there are three-light casements at either end of the building and a two-light casement in the center. The building has external end stacks and low lean-tos at either end surrounding them.
