Description
Lower Bisterne Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse that was altered in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of brick that was once painted and features an old plain tile roof. It stands two stories high with an attic and has three bays, along with an outshot at the rear. The central entrance is a 19th-century gabled porch with a round-headed arch and decorative curly bargeboards. On either side of the porch are large two-light casement windows. The first floor has three-light casement windows with segmental heads. At the center of the roof, there is a two-light hipped dormer, and the farmhouse has stacks at both ends.
