Description
The Parsonage is a parsonage building from the early 19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick that has been painted, with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has an H-plan layout, featuring a long central section with three bays. The front of the building includes a central gabled porch that has curly bargeboards and an arched opening. On either side of the porch, there are projecting end wings, each containing three-light casements with hood moulds on both floors. On the first floor of the central section, there are three-light segmental head casements on either side of a two-light similar window. The wings have gable walls with kneelers and ball finials. The building features ridge stacks with tall, ornate concrete-rendered pots at each end of the central range and to one side of the doorway, along with smaller similar pots on the ridge of one wing.
