Description

An early 19th-century pair of houses, located on Bath Road. The houses have a stucco facade, with the upper wall on the south side covered in slate. They have a slate roof and a decorative band running at first-floor height. The houses are three storeys high with three sashes windows across both properties, featuring glazing bars; the lower windows have jalousies. The entrances are round-arched with fanlights and approached by steps. A lower, round-arched entrance is situated at the rear of the properties. The buildings form a group with Staveley, Stranton, and the Drill Hall, as well as numbers 1 to 5 consecutively.
