Description

A pair of houses dating from the early 19th century, located on Wellington Avenue. The houses are constructed of stucco with a slate roof. They are two storeys high and five bays wide, featuring a sill band on the first floor and a top cornice. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The second and fourth bays have round-headed doorways, each framed by a Doric doorcase and featuring a complete fanlight. Number 12 has a four-panel door and a ramped wall to the right, with some missing stone coping.
