Description
The building is an early 19th century former warehouse located on Church Lane. It is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof and features white brick window dressings around a roundel in the gable end. The structure stands three storeys tall, with each upper floor having one window and a central door. The ground floor includes a large carriageway arch, a door on the south side, and another door flanked by windows. All windows have glazing bars, and both the windows and doors are topped with segmental arches. This warehouse, along with the adjoining wall and barn, forms a group with the nearby buildings at Nos 1 to 11, No 15 Southend House, and the wall gate piers and street lamp opposite.
