Description

No. 75 on Christchurch Road is a house that was used as offices at the time of listing. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of stuccoed brick with a slate roof. The building is two stories high and has three bays, sitting on a plinth. Access is via six stone steps leading to a six-panel door with a fanlight, which is set beneath a depressed arch of two orders. Above the door is a twelve-pane sash window, with sixteen-pane sash windows on each side on both floors. There are pilasters between each bay and near the ends, with a first-floor band that runs across them. The roof is hipped, featuring stacks in the middle of the end walls.
