Description

Brookside is a cottage dating from around 1800. It is constructed of painted brick and features a thatched roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. There is a central 19th-century door that is sheltered by a high-set thatch hood. On either side of the door, there are two-light cast iron casements set under rendered arches. Above these, there are more two-light casements. The left-hand end has tie plates, and there is an external stack and gable wall on the right-hand side.
