Description

Crescent House is a mid-18th century building that has been converted from a house into offices, now combined with the adjacent building at No. 77. It features a painted brick exterior and an old plain tile roof. The structure is two stories high and has five bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door set within a doorcase that has thin pilasters and moulded brackets supporting an open pediment. On either side of the entrance, there are twelve-pane sash windows located beneath rubbed arches. At the first floor level, there is a row of 20th-century tie plates. The first floor also has five similar sash windows. A large central ridge stack is present on the roof.
