Description

Willow Tree Cottage is a cottage with two distinct phases of construction, dating from the 17th century and the 18th century. The west side of the cottage reveals a timber frame construction with brick infill, while the remaining walls are built of brick in a Flemish garden wall bond. The thatched roof is hipped on the west side and includes an eyebrow dormer; a catslide roof slopes at the rear. The south-facing front has one storey and an attic, with two window bays. It features casement windows and a boarded door set within a solid frame.
