Description
Willow Cottages is a cottage that consists of two sections, one from the 17th century and the other from the 18th century. The building features an exposed timber frame with brick infill, while the other walls are constructed of brickwork in Flemish bond, complete with cambered arches. It has a thatched roof that is hipped at the south end and half-hipped at the north, along with eyebrow dormers. At the rear, there is a tiled catslide roof. The east front has one storey and an attic, with three windows and two additional smaller windows. The windows are casements, some of which have old leaded lights, while others are early 19th-century cast-iron frames. The doors are boarded and set in plain frames.
