Description

A row of four cottages dating from the 18th century. The cottages are constructed of brick, with a tile roof. They are two storeys high with a four-window front. The eaves feature brick dentil detailing. The brickwork of numbers 4 and 6 incorporates blue headers with red flush dressings, quoins, vertical accents, and rubbed cambered arches. The ground floor plinth is in red Flemish bond with blue headers. Numbers 8 and 10 are of red brickwork in Flemish bond with blue headers, and have rubbed cambered red arches. There are five original sash windows in exposed frames, along with one Victorian sash window and one early 19th-century casement window. The doorways are plain.
