Description

Portchester House is an 18th-century L-shaped house located on the east side of Hospital Lane in Portchester. The building features a stuccoed facade and a tiled roof, standing two storeys high with an attic. It has four windows and one half-dormer, all of which are sash windows with glazing bars. The central portions of the tripartite windows have ogee heads. The entrance includes a doorway flanked by pilasters, topped with a projecting cornice, and a door made up of six moulded panels, four of which have been cut away and replaced with glazing.
