Description

40 and 42 Church Street are a pair of plain cottages dating from the early 19th century. They are two storeys high and feature three windows above four. The cottages have hipped slate roofs and rendered walls with a high plinth. The windows have been replaced with modern casements, and there are two plain doorways. Each end of the cottages has an attached gate pier.
