Description

Ivy Cottage is an 18th-century building that features one storey and an attic, with four windows on the ground floor. The cottage has a thatched roof, which includes eyebrow dormers above the upper windows, with the cills positioned at eaves level. The exterior is made of painted brickwork laid in Flemish bond, and the ground-floor openings are cambered. The windows are casements, and there is a boarded door set in a solid frame, sheltered by a thatched canopy supported by two poles. Additionally, there is a detached outbuilding that has a similar design.
