Description

Laurel Cottage and Cherry Tree Cottage date from the early 19th century. They are a single-and-a-half-storey building with five upper windows. The roof is thatched, with a half-hip at the roadside, but connects to a lower slate roof at the west end. Eyebrow dormers are present. The walls are painted, revealing brickwork, areas of flint, and flint panels. The ground-floor openings are cambered. Casement windows have old leaded lights. There are two boarded doors set in solid frames, one sheltered by a thatched canopy.
