Description

Appletree House is a late 18th-century building located on Basingstoke Road in Preston Candover and Nutley. It is a one-storey structure with an attic and features two windows. The roof is thatched, hipped, and has lower eaves above a north side outshot, along with eyebrow dormers. The walls are made of painted brick in Flemish bond, with the upper part displaying panelled recesses and cambered openings on the ground floor. The windows are casements. There is a small modern gabled porch with a tiled roof and rendered walls.
