Description

Holly Tree Cottage is an 18th-century building featuring one storey and an attic, with two windows. It has a thatched roof and distinctive 'eyebrow' dormers, along with a large tapered chimney stack at the west end. The walls are made of red brick laid in Flemish bond, showcasing blue header patterns, including triangles, spots, a spotted band on the first floor, and cambered arches above the ground-floor openings. The windows are casements, and there is a plain doorway. On the east side, a lower tile roof connects the cottage to the adjacent building, Holly House.
