Description

This is an early 19th-century farmhouse situated on Farleigh Road in Cliddesden. The front (north-west elevation) is wide and symmetrical, featuring three windows over two storeys. The roof is low pitched and covered in slate, with a wide eaves and a decorative plaster moulding. The walls are red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, punctuated by four wide plaster pilasters. The windows are sash windows set in reveals, with interior folding shutters and stone sills. A later brick porch has been added, featuring a thin parapet, an open arch highlighted by impost bands, and a plinth. The half-glazed front door has a rectangular fanlight above it.
