Description

This is an 18th-century barn situated at Laithe House. It is a timber-frame structure originally comprising three bays with aisles. A lower extension was added later to the south. The main roof was undergoing replacement at the time of survey, and is covered with pantiles, while the extension roof is also tiled. The walls are weatherboarded. The barn is listed for its contribution to the group value of buildings around Laithe House.
