Description

Thatches is a 17th-century building featuring one storey and an attic. It has a thatched roof with a pentice at each end and two eyebrow windows above the openings. The walls are rendered, although some timber framing is exposed on each side. The windows are small casements, and there is a modern glazed porch with a tiled roof. An outbuilding attached to the east of the house has a hipped thatched roof and weatherboarded walls.
