Description

Woodhouse Farm House is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a slate roof. The building is three bays wide, with the central bay projecting forward. The front entrance features a four-panel door, the lower panels being bolection moulded, and the upper panels glazed. The door is set within a pilaster doorcase, topped with a semi-circular fanlight featuring a central roundel and flanking mouchette details. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars and stone sills are present, with skewed heads above. A timber eaves cornice, lead ridge, gable copings and stacks are also visible. The rear features recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Inside, the farmhouse has panelled window shutters and six-panel doors.
