Description
The Dairy Farm House is a farmhouse from the early to mid 19th century, constructed of red brick in English Garden Wall Bond, topped with a slate roof. It is two storeys high and features three bays. The building has a brick plinth with a weathered upper course of masonry. The entrance is arched and recessed, accessed by three steps, and includes a wide bolection moulded four-panel door set within a pilaster doorcase. Above the door is a semi-circular fanlight with circle and mouchette details. The windows are recessed sashes with glazing bars, stone sills, and skewback heads. There are also sashes on the gable and rear, primarily with glazing bars. The rear entrance features a four-panel bead and flush door. The house is finished with a timber eaves cornice and has large twin gable end stacks.
