Description

East Farm House is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, with minor alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond of three and features a concrete tile roof with two brick gable stacks. The building has a two-storey, three-bay front with a dentillated eaves course. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door with a plain overlight, flanked by single plain sash windows. On the first floor, there are three similar sash windows. All openings have slightly segmental brick heads. To the right of the main house is a lower two-storey, two-unit service block, which has a 20th-century plain casement window on the ground floor.
