Description

The Estate Cottages at Adbury Farm date from the mid-19th century and consist of a symmetrical pair of one-storey and attic structures with two windows each. They feature a half-hipped tile roof, which includes a large square chimney on a moulded base with fluted sides, and gabled dormers. The walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, incorporating blue headers on the front, and have flat arches that are now covered in cement. The windows are casements fitted with cast iron diamond lights. Above the plain doors, there are gabled and tiled hoods supported by large brackets, featuring arched frames.
