Pentico is a 17th-century timber-framed house with one storey and an attic, featuring two windows. It has a thatched roof that is hipped at the north end and has low eaves above an outshot, while the south end is half-hipped and there is a catslide at the rear. The house displays exposed framing with red brick infill and a tile-hung south wall. It has modern casements and a door located at the rear.
