SU 65 SE OLD BASING NEWNHAM ROAD 11/11 Barn, 20 yds north-east of the house

C18. Timber-framed structure of 6 bays, with aisles on sides and west end (except for 2 eastern bays on the north side), entrances at the second and fifth bays. Corrugated asbestos hipped roofing, with tiles above the south aisle and slates above the north and west aisles and above the north entrance. The entrances have hipped roofs, on the south side cantilevered on struts. Red brick walling, but some (older) weather-boarded sections.
