Description

No. 40 Fishmarket Road is a late 18th century or early 19th century warehouse that may include parts of an earlier building. The ground floor is made of stone with brick patching around the doors and windows, while the upper floor features painted weatherboarding. The structure has two storeys, with three windows on the ground floor and four on the upper floor. The windows are sash style and retain some original glazing bars. The roof is a triple span slate hipped design.
