Description

Robin Hill, located at 10 and 11 Mermaid Street, is a 15th-century timber-framed house that has been occupied as a single residence, although it was once divided into two separate homes. The ground floor has been under-built in brick. The building has two storeys and features four windows, with two curved braces at the east end. It has a tiled roof, modern casement windows, and one dormer that retains its original small square leaded panes. The original 15th-century open timbered roof is also preserved. All the listed buildings on Mermaid Street form a group.
