Description

Nos 12 and 13 Mermaid Street are 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys high with an attic. Each house features one window and one dormer. The buildings are now covered in tiles and have a wooden eaves cornice, along with a tiled roof. The entrance doors are six-panel moulded designs, each with a flat hood supported on brackets. Notably, No 12 also has a rectangular fanlight located between the door and the hood. These buildings are part of a group of listed structures on Mermaid Street.
