The Thatched House is a 15th-century timber-framed building located in Bolney. Originally built with plaster infilling and diagonal braces, the ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick. The house features a thatched roof and casement windows, and it stands two storeys tall with three windows. Although it was once subdivided, it has since been restored to a single dwelling.
