Description

12 The Croft is a building dating from around 1840. It is finished in stucco and features a parapet, cornice, and a scalloped frieze. The building has two storeys and two windows. The windows are segmental-headed with moulded architraves and sashes that do not have glazing bars, while the first floor has wide cills. On the side facing the road, there are two windows and a doorway that is also framed by a moulded architrave, which includes a rectangular fanlight above it.
