Description
This building, located at 1-3 Union Street in St Leonards, was constructed around 1852. It is a two-story building with five windows. The facade is faced with cobbles, accented by painted brick window dressings and quoins. A brick cornice and a parapet are present. The original glazing bars are now missing. Number 2 has been altered with a modern shop front. The building is part of a group which includes numbers 33 and 34 North Street, and numbers 1 to 5 Union Street. It is recognised as holding group value for its contribution to the character of the area.
