Description

These houses, numbers 33 and 34, are located on a corner site and are part of a group that includes numbers 1 to 3 Union Street. Constructed around 1852, the buildings are two storeys high. They feature three windows facing south, three windows facing west, and one window on the angled corner. The facades are clad in cobbles with white brick dressings and quoins, with the quoins of number 34 being painted. The original glazing bars are now missing. Number 33 has a modern shop front on the ground floor. Numbers 33 and 34, together with numbers 1 to 3 (consecutive) Union Street, are designated as a group due to their cohesive appearance.
