Description

Royal Hill House is an early 19th-century house located on Ebenezer Road. The building is rendered and features a parapet with a slate roof that has coped gable ends. It stands two storeys high with a basement and has three windows that contain restored sashes with glazing bars and cills. There are steps leading up to a central doorway that has an elliptical head, a traceried fanlight, and a panelled door, all surrounded by cast-iron railings. To the left, there is a basement door and a sash window. Royal Hill House is part of a group with Nos 9 to 15 (odd).
